Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the products are free of any makeup or deodorant marks.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
